FAQs

How does it work?

You upload your design and promote your merch… we do the rest. Head here to learn more.

Do you offer an artwork service?

It’s your responsibility to provide designs, however we do have a handy list of great designers that are looking to work with music artists here.

Can you print onto sleeves?

Yep we can print on long sleeves.

Are there any other garment options than what is on the site?

It’s hard to find heavyweight items with strong ethical and environmental production standards, as well as reliable stock levels.  As such, we stock a small, but very well curated range on Merch Service. We’re always on the lookout for new amazing blanks.

What is the standard turnaround time?

From when your campaign finishes, customers in the UK should expect to wait 2 weeks and customers around the world a bit longer.

What kind of packaging do you guys use?

We use sugar cane packaging which is an improved eco-friendly alternative to the average recyclable postage bags: it’s recyclable and biodegradable.

What couriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail Tracked in the UK and a range of different delivery partners for international shipping.

Can I make merch myself cheaper?

To be real with you, it’s possible you could. But working with KHMS means you don’t have to worry about any of the logistics: you just design and promote your item and collect the profits as your fans buy. We handle production of the items, customer service and shipping them from the Post Office. Everyone hates the Post Office.

What happens if I don't sell anything?

If you don’t hit 5 sales, we can’t take the campaign to print. Your customers will be refunded.

What's the difference between the screen printing method instead of digital printing?

Digital print is great as it’s easy to produce and doesn’t need to be done in bulk and looks good. Screen printing is more durable and makes the colours and design pop more, it does however take more time and resources to set up, so screen printing orders need to be done in bulk.

Where does all the money from t-shirt sales go / where does the money made from my tee go?

After VAT, blank item and printing, fulfilment, postage and packaging is covered the 70% of the profits go directly to the artist. We pride ourselves in giving a significant amount of profits made to artists and so far we have been able to send over £41k straight to artists.

How would I go about supporting a charity with merch?

Find and chat to a charity that you would like to raise money for through your merch. You can read our How To Raise Money for Charity with a Tee blog here.

How can I keep track of my sales?

You can keep track of your sales through logging into your sellers portal and pressing ‘sales’.

How sustainable are the garms?

We currently exclusively use AS Colour and Stanley/Stella for our blank garments who are leading the charge when it comes to creating more eco-friendly merch. To learn more about how we ethically source garms head here.
